Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, June 3, 1921.  Attended Catonsville High School, 1939; University of Maryland; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1951.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1951.  Married in 1940 to Madeline; four children:  Elise, Dyane, Pamela, Kathleen. Died, July 17, 2003, in Baltimore, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1959-66.  Member, Judiciary Committee.  Vice-chair, Taxation and Fiscal Matters Committee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Employed in passenger traffic department of Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, 1939-42.  Served in U.S. Army infantry, European theatre, 1943-45.  Law practice, Baltimore County, after 1951.  Judge, Circuit Court of Baltimore, Third Judicial Circuit, 1966-78.  Judge, Court of Special Appeals, 1979-82.  Member, Patapsco Democratic Club; Young Democrats of Baltimore County; Arbutus Community Association; VFW.  Board of Directors, Catonsville Community College; Baltimore County General Hospital; Rolling Road Country Club; Community Association of Wynnewood.  Dean, treasurer, and member, Board of Directors, Delta Theta Pi Alumni Association.  President, Hexagon Club; Rolling Road Pleasure Club.
