Biography:

Born, June 29, 1922, Camden, New Jersey.  Attended Forest Park High School.  Received B.A., Gettysburg College, 1944; J.D., Yale University, 1946.  Admitted to the Bar of Baltimore City, December 4, 1948.  Married, Evelyn Perrott; two children, Carol and Pamela.

Served in U.S. Army, World War II.  Judge, Orphans' Court, Baltimore City, 1962-1965.  Judge, Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, 1965-1982.  Member, various bar associations. Former member, National Labor Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
