Born in Washington, D.C., July 6, 1964.  Attended University of Maryland, College Park, B.A., economics, 1987; School of Divinity, Howard University, M.Div., 1994; United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio, D.Min., 1997.  Married to Donna M. Stroud Hill; one child.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 26 (D), Prince George's County, 1999-2003.  Member, Economic Matters Committee, 1999-2003; Science and Technology Subcommittee, 1999-2003; Unemployment Insurance Subcommittee, 1999-2003.
