Born in Baltimore, Maryland, August 12, 1950.  Attended Baltimore County parochial schools; Towson State College, B.A., 1972.  Married; three sons.  Died April 3, 2007, in Towson, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 8 (D), Baltimore County, 1975-78.  Member, Economic Matters Committee.  Secretary, Baltimore County delegation, 1977-78.  Member, Port of Baltimore Subcommittee, 1977.  Senate, Legislative District 8 (D), Baltimore County, 1979-82.  Vice-chair, Baltimore County delegation.  Member, Judicial Proceedings Committee; Joint Committee on Juvenile Justice; Joint Committee on Corrections.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Steelworker.  Sales office manager, O'Conor, Piper & Flynn, Baltimore.  President, Eastern Baltimore Chamber of Commerce.  Vice-president, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.  Member, Mayor's Advisory Committee on Municipal Problems and Solutions, 1973; Private Sector Advisory Board, 1983; Concerned Citizens of Dundalk; Dundalk Police Community Relations Council; Dundalk Concert Association; Dundalk Knights of Columbus.
