Inventory

A True and Perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and personal estate of David Ridgely late of Baltimore City, deceased, appraised by as the subscribers Nathan A. Bacharach and Edward Biddleman, jointly, we having been first legally authorized and having taken the Oath prescribed by Law, as can be seen by the Warrant to appraise and Certificate thereto annexed


A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Gilmor street, about 60 feet South of Baker street: fronting on said first mentioned street about 12 feet with a depth of about 66 feet to an alley. Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $42. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House, with story back building.

A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Gilmor street, about 24 feet South of Baker street, fronting on said first mentioned street about 12 feet, with a depth of about 66 feet to an alley, Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 42. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House, with story back building. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Gilmor street, about 48 feet South of Baker street, fronting on said first mentioned street about 12 feet, with a depth of about 66 feet to an alley, Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 42. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House, with story back building. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the South side of George street about 57 6/12 feet East of Pine street: fronting on said first mentioned street about 12 feet with a depth of about 62 feet to an alley. Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 12. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House with 1 story back building. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Gilmor street, about 164 6/12 feet South of Baker street, fronting on said first mentioned street about 14 feet, with a depth of about 114 feet to an alley, Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 60. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House, with 1 story back building and stable. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Gilmor street, about 150 6/12 feet South of Baker street, fronting on said first mentioned street about 18 1/12 feet, with a depth of about 116 10/12 feet to an alley, Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 60. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House, with story back building. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the South side of Baker street, about 78 feet East of Gilmor street: fronting on said first mentioned street about 12 feet with a depth of about 72 feet to an alley. Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual rent of $ 36. Together with the improvements therein being a 2 story brick House with story back building. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Commerce street about 253 6/12 feet South of Water street, fronting on said first mentioned street about 30 feet, with a depth of about 109 feet to an alley. Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 120. Together with the improvements therein being a 4 story brick Warehouse with back building. A certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the East side of Commerce street about 163 10/12 feet South of Exchange Place: fronting on said first mentioned street about 39 feet, with a depth of about 109 feet to an alley. Said Lot of Ground being subject to an annual ground rent of $ 240- Together with the improvements therein being a 4 story brick Warehouse with story back building. Amount of Appraisement = $ 23,150

We the subscribers do certify that the aforegoing is a true and just Inventory and Valuation of all and singular, the goods chattels and personal estate of the said David Ridgely deceased so far as the said has come to our sight and knowledge: and as valued and appraised by us in dollars and cents according to best of our skill and judgement. In testimony of all of which we hereunto subscribe our names and affix our seals this 2nd day or March 1896.
