Biography:

Born in Harford County, March 2, 1860.  Son of Dr. Samuel S. Robinson and wife, Mary C. Prigg.  Attended Harford County schools.  Admitted to the bar, 1882.  Married Clara C. Cain; five children.  Died in Bel Air, Harford County, October 12, 1930.  Buried in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Bel Air. 

Attorney in Harford County. Maryland State Senate, Harford County, 1892, 1902-04. Attorney General, 1923-30. President, Second National Bank of Bel Air. Delegate to four Democratic National Conventions.
