Biography:

Born September 22, 1772.  Son of Capt. Thomas Kell and Aliceanna (Bond) Kell.  Married Mary Ann Goldsmith.  Their daughter, Elizabeth Kell,married Augustus Bradford.  Died March 8, 1846, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Maryland House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1814, 1816-18.  Attorney General of Maryland, 1824-27.  Associate justice, 6th judicial district (Baltimore and Harford counties), 1827-33.
