Chattells Lands and Tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his Heirs
and Successors.

                               On Condition that the said George
Tarvin Do pay to his said Lordship the Sume of Fifty Shillings
Current Money for his Licence to keep Ordinary One Year at his House
In Charles Town afsd and also that He Keep Good Rules and Orders and does
not Suffer Idle Loose or Disorderly persons to Tipple Game or Commit other
Disorders or Irregularities Contrary to the True Intent and meaning of the
Act of Assembly concerning Ordinarys and for the Better Regulating
Innholders and Ordinary Keepers within this Province

Matthew Breeding presents his Servant Woman Eleanor
Bolton for Runaway Time being Fifty Three days  Whereupon the said
Eleanor is adjudged to serve 4 days for one

Susanna Black Jurat to Grand Jury

Robt How Makes Oath that he has attended Twelve days for
Alexander Mcferson against Jeremiah Aderton

Ordered that Thomas Matthews bring to this ## Court ## ## ## #
## ## ## ## # Two Orphan Children the one named John and the other
Edward Walker (Sons of Edward Walker ^deceased^) now under the Custody and Care
of a certain Thomas Windsor (who is about removing from this County) In
Order that they be bound out According to the Directions of the Act of
Assembly in such Cases Made and Provided and the Motions of the said
Thomas Matthews

Summons Ordered and Issued For Thomas Barron Daniel Baden &
Jane Baden to Testify for John McDonald als Proprietary

said Susanna saith that she is thereof Guilty as by the same
Recognizance it is supposed
