Be it Remembered that Samuel Hanson Jun pursuant to the directions of the Act of Assembly in those Cases late made and provided lodged with the Clerk of the Court here the following Account & Warrant for attachment Vizt
P Sam Hanson Jun.r October the 24.th 1747 Then Came Samuel Hanson Jun before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices for Charles County made oath Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that the within account is just & true as it stands stated & that neither himself or any person for his use ever Received any part or parcel thereof or any security or Satisfaction for the same to the best of his knowledged Robt Hanson Charles County ss.t Whereas it has been made appear to me that Peter Oard stands Indebted unto Samuel Hanson Jun.r in the sum of Nineteen hundred & forty Two Pounds of Tobacco & that the said Peter is Run away from his late place of abode These are therefore in his Lordships Name to Command you or sight thereof to Issue Attachment against the Goods & Chattles Rights & Credits of the aforesaid Peter for the sum aforesaid as also what Costs have or shal accrue on prosecuting the said Writ of Attachment and for your so doing this shal be your sufficient Warrant & authority given under my hand this 24.th October 1747 Robt Hanson To the Clerk of Charles County Court |
