(20) March Court Anno Dom 1746 Joseph Hanson Harrison Prefers to the Court here the Following Petition Vizt To the worshipfull the Justices of Charles County in Court now Sitting The Petition of Joseph Hanson Harrison Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner being Possest of Certain Tracts of Lands Called [illegible] Holly Spring Virlindas & Mircik.s Chance the Bound whereof Are freecarious Humbly Prays your Worships to grant a Commission for perpetuating the same and Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Pray Whereupon it is ordered that Commission Issue Returnable here &c.a To Walter Hanson Thomas Brook William Dent William Winter of Charles County Gent or any Three or two of them to Examine Evidences Touching the Bounds of The said Lands agreeable to the Derections of the Act of Assembly in Those Cases Late made and Provided Alexander Smith Hawkins Prefers to the Court here the following Pettition Viz.t To the worshipfull the Justices of Charles County now Setting The Pettition of Alexander Smith Hawkins of Charles County Humbly sheweth that your Pettitioner being seizd and in Possion of a Tract or Parcell of Land called Moretown lying and being in Charles County aforesaid and your Pettitioner being Desireous to Prove and Perpetuate the Bounds of said Land Prays your worships will be Please to Appoint Commissioners and grant a Commission for the Purpose and Your Pettitioner as in duty bound will Pray and so forth Whereupon it is ordred that Commission Issue Returnable here &c.a To John Winter Cap.tn Benjamin Douglass Samuel Chum & John Hanson Junior of Charles County Gent or any Three or two of them to Examine Evidences Touching the Bounds (of) |
