Alexander Mckingie by his Petition to the Court for his freedom deals is
Rejected

John Galwith by his Petition to the Court for Com.s to Proves the bounds of Land
is Rejected

Bench Warrant ordered and Issued for Propry vs Jennett Freeman to answer
&Ca

Peter Dent is Removed from his office of Constables Place and Matthew
Compton appointed in his Room and Warrant to Mr John Winter to swear
him

Bench Warrant ordered and Issued for Propry vs Peter Dent to answer &Ca

Ordered that Jennett Freeman Recognize Ints the sum of ten pounds Current
Money with one security in the like Sum for the said Jennett Freemans appearance
here from day to day to answer unto such things as shall be objected against her on behalf
of his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
                                                          Whereupon into Court herein her Proper
Person Comes the aforesaid Jennett Freeman of Charles County together with
Daniel Monese of same County Planter and acknowledged themselves to owe &
stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the sum of Ten Pounds
Current money each which sums they and Each of them severally Yeilded and Granted
should and might be made & levied on their & Each of their Goods & Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of his Lordship His Heirs and Successors
                                                                                                    On Condition that
the said Jennett Freeman do make her Personal appearance here from day to day to answer
unto what shall be then and there objected against her on behalf of his Lordship the Lord
Proprietary and not to depart the Court without Licence thereof

that a Certificate be given by the Court that the Defendant had
Probable Cause to Defend the Suit as admitt of her Deceased
Husband upon Argument by attorneys on both sides the said
Motion was Rejected


Collin Mitchell on his Motion to the Court is admitted to Keep
Ordinary at his House in Charles he giving security according to the Directions
of the Act of Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided
                                                                                                 Whereupon into
Court here in his Proper Person Comes the aforesaid Collin Mitchell and Acknowledges
himself to owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in
the Sum of Forty Pounds Current Money of Maryland and Also In like manner
Came Thomas Brook and Francis Ware of same County and acknowledge themselves
to Owe and Stand justly Indebted unto his said Lordship In the Sum of Twenty Pounds
