him for his Attendance four days as an evidence on behalf of the said Robert Edge at suit William Friggs he haveing
made oath to the same &c 


    Ordered that John Pollit and John Stilly recover against Robert Edge ninety pounds of tobacco each being
due unto them for their Attendance three days each as evidences on behalf of the said Robert Edge at suit William
 Friggs they haveing made oath to the same &c 


    Ordered that Angello Atkinson recover against Whittington King one hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his Attendance five days ^as an evidence^ on behalfe of the said Whittington King against Finch Jones he
haveing made oath to the same &c

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should Take Arthur Warwick
if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have
his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie William
Pilchard of one hundred and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco which to the same William in his Lordships County
Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the same our Justices were adjudged
for his Costs and Charges which he Sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the af.d Arthur Warwick
against the same William Pilchard in the same Court Impetrated According to the form of the statute thereof made and
provided against parties plantiffs which their writts in such manner of pleas doe not prosecute or in the same should be
precluded whereof he is Convict &c and the same day is given to the af.d William her &c

                         Att which day here Came the af.d William Pilchard in his proper person and the sheriffe (to witt) John
Handy Gent at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d Arthur Warwick whose body here at this day
he had ready to satisfie the said William of the Costs af.d as to him it was Commanded &c

    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take Heber
Whittingham late of Somerset County Gentleman if he should be found in his bailywick and him
should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and forty one to satisfie Comfort Jenckinson of thirteen pounds ten shillings and seven pence Curr.t money and
twelve hundred and Eighteen pounds of tobacco which to the same Comfort Jenckenson in the same Court before
his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain
                                                                                                                                                                promise
