235 appearance at this Court to give Evidence against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &c and prays that her appearance may be recorded and her Security discharged from the Recognizance afd thereupon the said Ann Messicks appearance is recorded and her Security discharged &a Whereupon the said Ann Messick is Ordered by the Court here to give new Security in thirty pounds Currant money of Maryland for her appearance at June Court then next Following to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the aforesaid Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony &a Thereupon a Certain Nehemiah Messick of Sommerset County planter present herein Court on his proper person and undertook for the said Ann Messick and Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his said Lordship the right Honourable the Lord proprietary of Maryland in thirty pound Curr.t money of said province of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Ann Messick do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next Following and doe not then and there give such evidence as she knoweth against the af.d Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony and doe depart the same Court without Leave &c
evidence against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &c and prays that her appearance may be recorded and her Security discharged from the recognizance af.d thereupon the said Elizabeth Huggins appearance is recorded and her and Security discharged &c Whereupon the said Elizabeth Huggins is ordered by the Court here to give new Security in thirty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland for her appearance at June Court then next Following to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the af.d Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony &c Thereupon a Certain James Quatermus of Somerset County planter present herein Court in in his proper person and undertook for the said Elizabeth Huggins and Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his said Lordship the right Honourable the Lord proprietary of Maryland in thirty pounds Curr.t money of said province of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Eliz.a Huggins |
