tenements for the use of the said Gullett in Case the said Wonney McClemmey shall not pay and Satisfie to the said
Abraham Gullett the said sums as af.d recovered against him with the Additionall Cost thereon the tenth day of November
next Superseeders taken the 21.st of September in the year af.d before                                    Henry Ballard


Ordered that Jonathan Sturgis recover against Alexander Buncle Ninety pounds of tobacco being due ^unto him^ for his
attendance three Days an Evidence on behalf of the said Alexander Buncle against the af.d John Lamberson he
haveing made Oath to the same &c


    Ordered that Saul Townsend recover against Peter Taylor Ninety pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his
attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Peter Taylor against Robert Geddes he haveing made Oath
to the same &c


       Ordered that Thomas Lambden recover against Daniel Young two hundred and ten pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance Seven days as an evidence on behalfe of the said Daniel Young at suit Thomas
Newbold he haveing made Oath to the same &c


       Ordered that John Blades recover against Daniel Young Ninety pounds of tobacco being due unto him
for his attendance three days as an evidence on behalf of the said Daniel Young at suit Thomas Newbold he haveing
made Oath to the same &c


                Ordered that Michael Holland S.r recover against Thomas Newbold three hundred and Ninety pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance thirteen days as an evidence on behalfe of the said Thomas Newbold against
Daniel Young he haveing made Oath to the same &c


            Ordered that Francis Porter recover against Levin Gale ^Esqr^ thirty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his
attendance one day as an evidences on behalfe of the said Levin Gale ^Esq.r^ against James Townsend he haveing made Oath to the
same &c


             Ordered that Mcckimme Porter and Saul Townsend recover against Levin Gale ^Esqr^ Sixty pounds of tobacco Each
being due to unto each of them for their attendance two days each as evidences on behalfe of the said Levin Gale ^Esqr^ against
James Townsend they haveing made oath to the same &c
