189 and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with my seal and dated this 18.th day November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.r hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of John Ellison dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of five pounds two shillings and three pence half penny Currt money of maryland therefore it if the abovesaid Absolum Beswick Race Clark or Elias Evans their heirs Executors or Administrators shall and doe well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of five pounds two shillings and three pence half penny Currt money of maryland in Equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to Receive the same Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to Remain in full force and vertue &.a Sealed and delivered Sam.ll Wilson his In presence of Robt Jones Absolum X Besick (seal) his mark Race C Clarke (seal) mark Elias Evens (seal)
Littleton Hoffington Mary Hoffington Luke Hoffington and Ann Hoffington orphans of Jonathan Hoffington dec.d in the full and Just sum of One hundred and forty five pounds nineteen shillings and Eleven pence half penny Currt money to be paid unto the said James Littleton Mary Luke and Ann Hoffingtons their heirs Executors Administrators or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind ourselves our and either of our heirs Executors and Administrators for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17.th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.r hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Jonathan Hoffington dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of Seventy two Pounds nineteen shillings and Eleven pence three farthings Currt money therefore if the abovesaid David Cordery Isaac Cooper and James Cooper they or any of their heirs Executors or Adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of Seventy two pounds nineteen Shillings and Eleven pence three farthings Currt money in Equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to Receive |
