third Tuesday of June Last ion the Somerset County Court the said three hundred and ninety three pounds of tobacco to be
Levyed of your bodyes Goods or Chattles lands or tenements for the use of the said Francis Allen In Case the said John Evans
shall not pay and satisfie to the said Francis Allen the said three hundred and ninety three pounds of tobacco so as af.d recovered
against him with the Aditional Costs thereon on the tenth day of November next   made before me            Levin Gale
I Certify that the above Acknowledgment was made the Eighth day of Aug.t 1741 before me                  Levin Gale

two hundred and twenty two pounds of tobacco and two shillings and Six pence which sum was recovered by the
said Tho.s Smith against Allen Gray on the 14th day of July 1741 before the worshipfull Mitchell Dashiell the
said two hundred and twenty two pounds of tobacco  And two Shillings and Six pence to be levied on their bodyes Goods an
Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said Tho.s Smith in Case the said Allen Gray shall not pay and Satisfie to the said
                  the said two hundred and twenty two pounds of tobacco and two shillings and Six pence Curr.t money of Maryland of
so as af.d recovered against him with the Aditionall Cost thereof on the tenth day of Nov.r next made before me      Geo Dashiell
I Certifie the Acknowledgment was made before me the 8.th day of Aug.t 1741

Sixteen shillings which sum was recovered by the said Laws against the said Connelly on the twelfth day of
Aug.t before me Henry Ballard one of his L.dships Justices of the peace for Somerset County the said Sum to
be Levied of your bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said Laws in Case the said Pat Connelly shall not pay
and Satisfie to the said James Laws the said Sum as af.d Recovered ag.t him with the Additional Cost thereon on the tenth day of
Nov.r Next      Augt y.e 12.d 1741   The above Superseeders taken before                                                Henry Ballard

for his Attendance Six days as an Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Robert Geddes he haveing made oath to the same &c

      Ordered that Francis Lanck recover against Robert Givans Ex.r of Robert Givans one hundred and twenty pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of the said Robert Givans Ex.r of Robert Givans
against John Caldwell he haveing made Oath to the same &c
