104 Stephen Lanck appears herein Court according to his recognizance for his appearance at this Court to give Evidence against Francis Tate and is accordingly discharged &c
discharged &a Thereupon the said Henry Walstons appearance is recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged &a Whereupon the said Henry Walston is Ordered to give new recognizance for his appearance before his Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then ^next^ following to answer his Committing of fornication with a Certain Mary Miles &c Thereupon the said Henry Walston with Robert King J.r of Somerset County Gent his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord proprietary in twenty pounds Currt money of their bodys Goods or Chattles lands or tenements severally to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Henry Walston doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then next following and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning his Committing of fornication with a Certain Mary Miles and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave &c John Hudson appears herein Court according to a Certain Recognizance in that part first acknowledged and is discharged of and from the Recognizance aforesaid he and his Securitys &a Whereupon the said John Hudson is Ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by means of the Recognizance aforesaid Thereupon a Certain Major Hudson of Somerset County planter present herein Court undertook for the said John Hudson to pay the Severall Officers Fees due by means of the Recognizance aforesaid In Case the said John Hudson doth not pay the Same &a Archibald Mackneal appears herein Court according to a Certain Recognizance for the good behaviour in that part first acknowledged and he and his Security is discharged therefrom &a
associates the said Lord proprietary his Justices of the same County Court and for the same Lord proprietary doth give the Court here to understand and be Informed that Eliz.a Beavins late of Coventry parish in the said County of Somerset spinster the first day of may in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of |
