244 this that after the twenty ninth day of September which was in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred seventy and one to witt the af.d nineteenth day of January af.d in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred thirty and seven af.d in Somerset County af.d four small sticks of Braseletto wood twenty six wooden small bowls three small looking Glasses one Course sifter ten new england bucketts six wooden spice mortars a small tub of gun powder twenty seven wooden platters four small Gimblets five half bushel measurs seventeen Iron Skillets Cast ware thirteen peices of earthen ware one old pewther tankard one onl old funnel one old flying Gib sail one old ax one barrel of Molosses three hundred fifty and seven pounds of pork in one open hogshead and one pair of small Stilliards wer^e^ loaden and taken on board the said Vessell or boat without any bond being given that the said Brasilletto dying wood should be Carried to geat Brittain or Some other of his Majesties ^brittish^ plantations Contrary to the form of the Statute in that Case Lately made and provided Whereupon the Said Edward Chambers Esq.r as well for the said Lord the King the Said Lord Proprietary as for himselfe prays the advice of the Court herein the premisses and that the said Vessell or boat together with her tackle apparell and furniture and the said four ^small^ Sticks of Brasilletto dying wood twenty six wooden Smal Bowles three Small Looking Glasses one Course sifter ten new England Bucketts six wooden Spice Morters One Small Tubb of Gun powder Twenty Seven wooden platers four small Gimblets five halfe Bushel measures Seventeen Iron Skilletts Cast ware thirteen peices of earthen ware one old pewter Tanckerd one old funnel one old flying Gib sail one old ax one Barrell of Mollasses three hundred fifty and Seven pounds of pork in one open hogshead and one pair of small Stillard remain forfeited to the use of the said Lord the King the said Lord Propry and the said Edw.d Chambers Esq.r and that ^he^ the said Edward Chambers Esq.r may have one third part ^of the value^ thereof according to the form of the Statute afd Whereupon proclamation was made for the Lord the King (as the manner is) if any person would Inform the Court here why the said vessell or boat with her tackle apparell or furniture four Sticks of Brasilletto dying wood Twenty Six wooden Small Bowles three Small Looking Glasses One Course Sifter ten new England Bucketts Six wooden Spice Morters One Small tubb of Gun Powder twenty seven wooden platters four Small Gimbletts five halfe Bushell Measures Seventeen Iron Skilletts Cast was thirteen peices of Earthen Ware one old pewter Tanckerd one old funnell one old flying Gib Sail One |
