196 Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Jonathan Shaw dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the above said orphans the sum of thirty six pounds fifteen shillings and four pence half penny if therefore the abovesaid Tarrell Brown his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or either of them do and shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphan the af.d sum of thirty six pounds fifteen shillings and four pence half penny according to act of assembly when she shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &a his Sealed and delivered Tarrell + Brown (seal) in the presence of mark R King Solomon Long (seal) 1731 Wonney M.ccClemmey (seal) John Smith
administration bond given by her the said Eliz.a for the due administration of her said deceased husband his estate upon the administration af.d to her granted by vertue of which the said Eliz.a hath taken upon her the administration of the said Intestates estate and hath much wasted the same and your petition hath good ground to suspect he as her surety as af.d will be further damnifyed and Injured by her male administration of the said estate &.a Your petitioner therefore humbly prays that your worships may grant such relief in the premisses as the act of assembly in such case directs and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray &.a Thomas Roe The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood It is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Eliz.a Roe widdow and administratrix of Nicholas Roe afd dec.d deliver up unto the afd Thomas Roe her security for the administration afd all the Estate |
