Henry Waller Recover against John Shiles sixty pounds of tobacco ^Each^ for
their attendance two days Each on behalf of his Lordship against the
said John Shiles they having made oath to the same &.a

Ordered by the Court that William Jones Manny Recover against Robert
Downs sixty pounds of tobacco for his attendance two days as an Evidence
on behalf of the said Robert Downs against Mathew Dorman he having
made oath to the same &.c

Ordered by the Court that Eleanor Walker recover against Comfort Mannering
Ninety pounds of tobacco for her Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf
of his Lordship against ^the said^ Comfort Mannering she having made oath to the same &c

    Wee the Subscribers doe hereby Certifie that the disability of M.r James Rownd burner
for Baltemore hundred occasion'd by a Late fitt of Sickess being made appear by M.r
James Martin to Satisfaction have appointed M.r Joseph Miller Burner for said hundred
for this present year who has taken the oath agreeable to act of assembly in such Case
provided well & truly to Execute the same in our presents which is attested this 6.th day of
