John Danson aged forty two years or thereabouts being sworn upon the holy evangelist of
almighty God before us the subscribers Commissioners appointed by the Worshipfull Justices of
Somerset County Court upon his said oath declareth that about two and twenty years ago William
Green was asking his the deponants father to purchase the Land that he had in parahawkin the deponants
father upon that Questioned the finding the bounder upon which William Green made answer
that his Land was Naturally Bounded upon a Ridge or point of high Land but which he Cant Remember
and that upon the deponants fathers asking the said William Green made why it was not bounded
by a Corner tree the said William Green made answer that the Indians Choosed to distroy such
trees as were markt by the white people Rather than any other and for that Reason they made use of a
point or Ridge for a Naturall bounder which Could not be destroyed and further this deponant saith
that the point wherein he now stands by the directions of greens writings as his father Informed him
is the point or Ridge which is the beginning of the said Land and further saith not

Ambrus Riggen aged sixty five years or thereabouts being sworn upon the holy evangelist of
almighty God deposeth and saith that he went to old William Green in order to buy the Land which
the said Green told him he had bought of Jeffrey Minshall and that he this deponant askt the said Green
how he should find out the bounder of the said Land he told the said deponant that it was a point at an
Indian Landing and further this deponant saith that the point whereon he now stands is the point
that hath been allways Reconed the Indian Landing or sweating point and that about forty years
ago he see a path that led to a pole that lay over a Run that pointed to the Creek which path was on the said
point and further saith not                                                                                                            his

Mary Riggen aged sixty years or there abouts being sworn upon the holy evangelist of almighty God on
behalf of Robert Harris deposeth and saith that she knows nothing of any bounder of the Land Called Minshalls
adventure and that she Cant say whether ever she was here before or not and that she never heard of any other
going over except the Bridge Called Peter Waples Bridge which is below            the point whereon she noe
stands and further this deponant saith not                                                                                          her

Randall Smulling aged forty seven years or there about being sworn on the holy evangelist of almighty
God on behalf of Robert Harris deposeth and saith that near the place where it is Called M.r Flemings
going over there was formerly a going over which was then Called Peters or Peters Waples Bridge or going
over but which he Cant say and further this deponant saith that the said Bridge or going over was
below the point before discribed in the former depositions and that he never new of any going over
at that point and further saith not                                                                     {Randall Smulling
