therefore prays that your worships will take her said Child Care into your consideration and give her such releife as your worships shall think proper and your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray &a Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somerset County that he should Somons Sarah Lambden wife of the afd Thomas Lambden so that she be and appear Immediately here in Court (with the Child of the afd Mary Burke) to answer the premisses afd and afterwards the said Sarah Lambden wife of the afd Thomas Lambden being somoned appears here in Court as also ^the^ petitioner being present at the same time and the petition afd being Read & heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had and Likewise having heard the severall allegations as well on the part of the said Thomas Lambden as on the part of the petition and what the several evidences declared upon Oath and forasmuch as it doth appear to the Court here that John Burke the father of the Child was a Servant unto the said Thomas Lambden at the time of Executing of the Indenture by which the same Child is held as a Servant so that that act of the father in binding of the Child is void in Law &a Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Mary Burke so as afd bound go free from the said Thomas Lambden and of the same Indenture be quitt and go thereof without day for that the same Indenture is by the Same Court here adjudged Not good &a
