by means of the premises &.a  Thereupon a Certain John Broguhton of Somerset County planter present
here in Court undertakes for the said Mary Harrison to pay the Severall Officers due by Occasion of
the premisses &a

Jarvis Ballard appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his good behaviour & appearance
at this Court and is discharged he & his Security therefrom &a 

Dennis Hudson appears according to his recognizance for good behaviour and appearance at this Court
and is discharged therefrom &a

Mad.m Mary Hampton appears according to her Recognizance to give Evidence against a Certain
Mary Trueman and is discharged therefrom &a

Ruth Dickerson appears according to her Recognizance to give Evidence against a certain Mary

Gentlemen    Greeting Know ye that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be
our Commissioners to Examine Evidences on behalf of a Certain Thomas Bowden of the County
af.d in relation to the Bounds of at tract of Land Called Turners Hall Containing two
hundred Acres we therefore require you or any three or two of you at some time and place
as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you meet on the af.d Land Called Turners
Hall (you first having taken your oaths on the holy Evangelist of almighty God according to an
act of assembly in such Case lately made and provided) and there Cause to come before
you or any three or two of you all such Evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you
Nominated by the said Complainant or Defd.t if any and that you or any three or two of you
Examine them upon their Corporal Oaths to be by you or any three or two of you administred
on the holy Evangelist of almighty God in the presence of the Complainant or Defd.t if
any touching the truth or Remembrance of their Knowledge or any thing that may
relate to the Cause af.d and that reducing the Several Depositions into writing you send the
same together with this Comission und^er^ your or any three or two of your hands & Seals to us to
our County Court of Somerset with all Convenient Speed Wittness Robert King Gent
Chief Justice of our said Court the twenty third day of August in the twentyeth year of our
Dominion &a  Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four

On the backside of the foregoeing Commission it was Endorsed as Followeth Viz.t
September the 10th Ann Dom 1734 This day Came John Holland and Thomas Puckins
before me one of his Lordships Justices of the peace and ^made oath on^ the holy Evangelist of almighty
god to Execute this Commission according to the true Intent and meaning thereof
