of the said district from the said                         day of               in the said year last mentioned untill
the                     day of                     in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred thirty and three
to witt at the district afs.d in the County afs.d and within the same Jurisdiction  And that the said Lord proprietary
afterward to witt the twenty fifth day of July in the said year last mentioned did by his Comision
bearing date the said twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred thirty and
three afs.d to witt at Annapolis afs.d in Somerset County afs.d in the province afs.d and within the Jurisdiction
of this Court nominate, constitute and appoint Levin Gale of Somerset County afs.d Esq.r to be Naval
Officer of Pocomoke District afs.d in Somerset County afs.d in the province afs.d and by the same Commission
did give and grant unto him the said Levin Gale full power and authority to act, do, perform
and Execute all and singular the lawfull powers and authoritys and other things whatsoever incident
to the said office of Naval officer of the district afs.d that the said Levin Gale afterward to witt
the thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and thirty and three afs.d
within the County and Jurisdiction afs.d took upon him the burthen and Execution of the said office and
the oath of Naval officer of the district afs.d in due form of Law did take  And that he the same Levin
Gale was and Continued Naval officer of the said district from the said thirtieth day of July in the
said year last mentioned untill the day of the Exhibition of this Information to witt at the district
afs.d in the County afs.d and within the same Jurisdiction   And the same John Scarbourough who as
well for the same Lord proprietary as for himself in this part prosecuteth as well for the same
Lord proprietary as for himself doth further give the same Justices here to understand and be
Informed that Isaiah Bredal late of                                 Parish in the County afs.d planter on
the                day of                     in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and
                at the parish afs.d in the County afs.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Import
two Negroes into the district afs.d in Somerset County afs.d within the Jurisdiction afs.d and in the
Province af.d and that the same Isaiah Bredall for the same two Negroes or Either of them with the
said Arnold Elzey whilst he was and Continued Naval Officer of the district af.d or with the said
Levin Gale since he was appointed Naval officer of the district af.d did not account or two pounds Cur
Money or any part thereof a duty for the same Negroes to the said Arnold Elzey whilst he was
and Continued Naval officer of the district afs.d or to the said Levin Gale since he was appointed
Naval officer of the same district did not pay but the same two Negroes and Each of them and the
said two pounds Current money and every part thereof from the said Arnold Elzey whilst he was
and Continued Naval officer of the district afs.d and from the same Levin Gale since he was
appointed Naval officer of the same district and from Each of them from the time of the
Importation afs.d of the said Negroes to the time of the Exhibition of this Information hath kept
back and unaccounted for to the evil Example of all others in such case offending and Contrary
