117 Riggin pay to his said Lordship the Lord proprietary twenty pounds of tobacco for his fine for and by occasion of the trespass and assault afd whereof in form afd he is Convict and that the said Ambross Riggin be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &a whereupon the said Ambross Riggin is ordered to give security for the payment of the severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain Darby Riggin of Somerset County planter present herein Court undertakes for the said Ambross Riggin for to pay the severall Officers Fees due as afd &a
before me and that you safely Keep him in your said Goal and Custody untill he shall be from thence delivered by due Course of Law Given under my hand and seal this 23d of Janry Ann Dom 1733/4 To Joshua Caldwell Esqr high sher of Somerset County and keeper of the ^Common^ Goal of ye sd Coty James Dashiell Those/ Now hereat this day to witt the ninteenth day of March Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset held here at dividing Creek in and for the same County Came the afd John Evans under Custody of Joshua Caldwell Gent sheriffe of the County afd in to whose Custody before that time was Committed for the Cause afd and by the said sherriff being Led to the Barr in his proper person &a Whereupon the said John Evans is Instantly ordered by the Court to give security for his appearance before the Justices of the next assize Oyer and terminer and Goal deliver to be held for Somerset County at dividing Creek in and for the County afd the first tuesday of Aprill next &a but for want thereof the said John Evans is Committed into the Custody of the sheriff of Somerset County there to Remain untill delivered by due Course of Law &a the Said sher to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent present here in Court in his proper person took Charge of ye said John Evans accordingly &a
