with a Certain person unknown against the peace of the right honrble the Lord proprietary his
good Rule and Goverment and also against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case

          Thereupon Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take the said Esther Whitty if &.c
to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Esther Whitty in her proper person and hath a hearing of
the Information afd thereupon the Said Esther Whitty says that of the premisses aforesaid upon her Imposed She is Guilty
thereof and makes Oath that a Certain John Newton is the begetter of the Child She Stands prosecuted for and is
willing to pay her fine for the fact aforesaid &c

       Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Esther Whitty pay unto his Said Lordship thirty Shill
for her fine for and by occasion of the premisses afd above upon her Imposed and that the aforesaid Esther Whitty be
be taken to Satisfie unto his Said Lordship of his fine aforesaid &.c   whereupon the said Esther Whitty is ordered to
give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid thereupon
a Certain Edward Roberts of Somerset County planter present here in Court undertakes for the Said Esther Whitty
to pay the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses in Case the Said Esther Whitty doth not pay
the Same &.c

know ye that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our
       Commissioners to Examine Evidences on behalfe of a Certain James Townsend & John
       Sheldon of the County afd in relation to the Bounds of tract of Land Lying in the Co.ty
       afd Called Greens Chance we therefore require you or any three or two of you at some time
       and place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you meet on the
       afd Land Called Greens Chance you first having taken your oaths of the Holy Ev
       Evangelist of Allmighty god according to Act of Assembly in such Case made and
       provided and there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all such Evidences
       as shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated by the said Complainant or def.t (if
       any) and that you or any three or two of you Examine them upon their Corporall oaths to
       be by you or any three or two of you administred on the holy Evangelist of almighty god
       in the presents of the Complainant (or def.t if any) touching the truth or Remembrances
       of their knowledg or any thing that may relate to the cause afd and that Reduceing ye
       severall depositions into Writing you send the same together with this our Commission
       under your or any three or two of your hands to us to our County Co.t of somrset with all
       Convenient pseed Wittness William Planer Gent.m One of Our Justices of our said
       Court the twenty fourth day of Novemb.r In the sixteenth year of our Dominion &.c
       Ann.o Dom.r one thousand seven hundred and thirty                  On the back side of ye
