of the Same County Gent or any of them and you the said Robert King John Scott James Martin William Lane
Thomas Williams Henry Ballard and David Willson or any of you having taken
the Said oaths are hereby Impowered to Administer the Same to the Justices
and Commissioners respectively as they are Nominated in the within Comission
and we will that you and Every of you haveing taken the Said Oaths do
Seaverally Subscribe the test and oath of abjuration and for so doing this
Shall be your Sufficient Warr.t and Authority hereof fail not and When
You have the Same so Done you are to Certifie the Same Under your
hands and Seales to us in our High Court of Chancery with all Convenient
Speed  Wittness our Trusty and well beloved Samuel Ogle Esq.r Lieu.t
General and Chief Governour of our said Province of Maryland this Ninth
Day of May in the Eighteenth Year of our Dominion &c    Ann Dom 1732

       Which being read and heard thereupon the said William Fasit, John Smith Balt hund.d William Stoughton John
Caldwell, John MccClester John Handy and James Dashiell Gent pursuant to the dedimus to them directed administred
the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly to be taken to the Government with the Oath of Justice to Rob.t
King, John Scott James Martin William Lane Thomas Williams, Henry Ballard and David Willson Gent who
severally take ye same and Subscribe the Oath of abjuration & test and take their places and afterwards the
same Robert King, John Scott, James Martin, William Lane Thomas Williams Henry Ballard and David Willson
administred ye Same Oaths to William Fasit John Smith of Balt Hundred, Wm Stoughton John Caldwell John
MccClester, John Handy & James Dashiell who takes ye Same and Severally take subscribe ye oath of abjuration
and test and take their places to witt

       Whereupon Proclamation being made in Common form and the Sher of Somerset County to witt Joshua
Caldwell Gent.m makes Return of the pannel of the Orphan Jury as followeth vizt

    William Jones, Benj.a Holland, Capell King, Parker Selby, John Purnall Jun.r James Polk, Abraham Smith, John
Huet Nutter, John Holland, Wm Turpin Jun.r, Abraham Cordery Isaac Atkinson John Beavins James Jones, Jos:
Sturges William Colebourne, John Roach, Ambross Willett and John Brittingham Jun.r who being Severally
Called over appears and were Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider soon after the Jurors aforesaid Return
hereinto Court and present to ye Court here the following presentments against James Shirley and John Evans Sen.r
thereupon the Jurors aforesaid are discharged &c
