to John Swain Called Conveniency now both in the possession of your petitioner and your petitioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray John Murray The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid John Murray as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that James Martin Edmond Hough, John Scarbrough and Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &.c William Dashiell appointed Overseer of the Roads in Nanticoke hundred from a tree Called Colloways tree to Nanticoke ferry and from the head of Tipquin above the Road towards Stepney Church so far as Thomas Ralph Used to Clear &.c
called [illegible] bay the one Called Cords Lott the other called Cows Quarter both bounded on one bounder therefore your petitioner prays your worships will be pleased to appoint Commissioners to Call and Examine Evidences to perpetuate the memory of the Same and your petitioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray John Smith The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd John Smith as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that John Miller, John Tull, John Tingle and John Holland of Somerset County Gentlemen by Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c Whereas Severall of the Inhabitants had pe below snow hill on the South Side of pocomoke had petitioned the Court for a road to be Laid Out for them to Snow Hill town &.c wherefore it is ordered by the Court that Mr Samuel Hopkins and Mr James Martin Lay out a road for the use of the Inhabitants and Others to Snow Hill town the most Convenient and of the Least of prejudice to any person &c
