Court the said sixteen hundred and five pd.s of tob.o to be Levied of your Bodies goods
or Chatteles Lands or tenem.ts for the use of ye s.d Benj.a Wailes in Case the said Michaell
Holland Sen.r shall not pay & sattisfie ^to^ ye s.d Benj.a Wailes the ye s.d sixteen hundred & five
pd.s of tob.o so as afd recovered ag.t him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day
of November next   Taken before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for somersett County this twenty Eighth day of July 1727      Saml Hopkins
