render him the full and Just Sume of one thousand three hundred and Sixty pounds of every way well Conditioned Leafe Tobacco Clear of all manner of Trash & ground leaves in well Seasoned Cask of the value of thirteen pounds Sterg money which he unjustly Detaines And whereupon the afd. pltf by Thomas Bowne his Attorney Saith that whereas the afd. Deft. the Sixteenth day of July in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen at St Pauls parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his Certain writing Obligatory which he the Sd. Deft. Sealed with his Seal and as his deed delivered hereunto Court brought the date whereof is the Same day & year afd. Granted himself holden and firmly bound unto the afd. Summ of one thousand three hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco To the Sd Michael in his Life time or to the Sd Adam after the death of the Sd Michaell to whome Letters of Admon of all and Singular the Goods and Chattles Rights and Credits which were of the Sd Michael at the time of his death by Mathias Vanderheyden Gent De: puty Comissary for Cecill County on the fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord Christ One thousand Seven hundred and Nineteen in Cecill County afd. were lawfully Granted hath not paid, but that to the Sd Michaell in his Life time and to the Sd Adam after the death of the Sd Michaell he the Sd.
