State of maryland anne arundel county to wit  On this 11
day of April 1843 personally appeared before me the
subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the County and State
aforesaid the above named Stephen Beard Elizabeth
Linthicum & John Beard and did severally acknowledge the
aforegoing instrument of writing to be their act and deed for
the purposes therein mentioned

       State of maryland anne arudel County to wit  On this
2d day of may 1843 personally appeared before me the
subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the County and
State aforesaid the above named Samuel Davis, Rebecca
Watkins and margaret Davis and did severally
acknowledge the aforegoing instrument of writing to be their
act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned

                  Watkins and margaret Davis

       State of maryland Baltimore city to wit  On this Eleventh
day of may in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and
forty three before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the
said State in and for the City aforesaid personally appeared
Stephen Davis and Mary Scharles and severally acknowledge
the aforegoing instrument of writing to be their act and deed for
the purposes therein mentioned
                William Stewart Justice of the peace in and for
                               Baltimore City

    State of maryland Baltimore County sc  I hereby certify
that William Stewart Gentleman before whom the aforegoing
acknowledgments were made and who has thereto signed his
name was at the time of so doing one of the Justices of the peace
of the State of maryland in and for the City of Baltimore duly
Commissioned and sworn
Ex.d d d            In Testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my
