79 On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Vizt Ann Arundel County sct On this 13 December 1800 Then Came Samuel Ridout and Acknowledged the above instrument to be her Act and Deed according to Act of Assembly in such Case made & provided Recorded 16 December 1800 James Mackubin
moving have manumitted and set free and by these presents do hereby manumit set free and forever Discharge a negro man named Harry about thirty five years of age and do from henceforth pronounce and Declare the said Harry to be free and Discharged from me and all persons whatever In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and Seal this 6th day of February 1801 Signed Sealed & Delivered Ninian Pinkney (seal) in the presence of Jn.o Johnson P.
