272 Examd I the Subscriber do Certify that on or about the twentieth day of October Seventeen hundred and Eighty nine did sell a negro female Child named Eleanor Ross aged about one month old to Solomon Ross (the Father of said Eleanor Ross, for the sum of ten pounds Current money and I do hereby acknowledge to have received from the aforesaid Solomon Ross the aforesaid sum of ten pounds Current money in full for the purchase money of the aforesaid Eleanor Ross.
