205 On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit Ann Arundel County sc.t On the thirteenth day of November One thousand Eight hundred and four personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the justices of the peace for Ann Arundel County aforesaid Margarett Sprigg party to the above Instrument of writing and did acknowledge the same to be her act and Deed and the negro woman Hanna therein named To be free Record 13th November 1804 James Mackubin Maryland Anne Arundel County sc.t To All to whom it may concern, Be it known that I William Reynolds of the City of Annapolis in the County of Anne Arundel County State of Maryland Having purchased some time in the year one thousand seven hundred and Eighty of and from Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire a Servant woman named Elizabeth and her two Children to wit Nancy born on or about ^the third day of May seventeen hundred & seventy Eight and Rachel born on or about^ the thirtieth of January one thousand seven hundred and Eighty at and for the sum or price of ninety pounds current money and having after purchasing the said Servant woman Elizabeth and her two Children as aforesaid |
