166 year eighteen hundred and Thirteen I do hereby declare them free at the above time from myself my heirs executors administrators or assigns forever. As Witness my hand and seal this thirty first day of October in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and Three Witness Peregrine Welch Cha.s G. Dorsey (seal) W.m Shipley Jun.r On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Viz.t Ann Arundle Ct.y sc.t November the second Eighteen hundred and three Came the within named Charles G. Dorsey before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace for County aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof Walter Worthington Recorded the 16.th day of November 1803 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit Know all men by these presents that I have manumitted discharged and set free and do hereby manumit discharge and set free negro Harry formerly my Slave.
