94 black complexion with a small scar under the left eye was free born and that the said Sarah Brown was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23.d day of November 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Rachel Brown aged about nineteen years about five feet two inches high dark complexion no perceptible mark was free born and that the said Rachel Brown was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23rd day of November 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Margaret Brown aged about seventeen years about five feet three inches high yellowish complexion with a very small scar in the right eye brow was free born and that the said Margaret Brown was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23.d day of November 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Ned Galloway aged about thirty nine years about five feet seven and an half inches high of a brown |
