        I hereby certify that it appears from the last Will
and testament of William Cook late of Anne Arundel
County deceased that he did by his said Will liberate
manumit and set free a negro Girl by the name
of Priscilla Cook and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical
person as freed by said Will  I certify that she is
in height 5 ft 7½ Inch Brown Complexion about the
age of 28 years

        I hereby certify that it appears from the last Will
and Testament of Solomon Groves late of Anne Arundel
County deceased that he did by his said Will Liberate
Manumit and set free a negro boy by the name of
Caleb Watkins  and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof is the Identical person as
freed by said Will  I Certify that he is in height
5 feet 3 Inches Light complexion and about the
age of 25 years

        I hereby certify that it appears from the
last will and testament of William H Woodfield
late of Anne Arundel County deceased that he did
by his said Will Liberate manumit and set free
a negro Boy by the name of John Queen and
it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed
by said Will  I do hereby Certify that he is in
height 5 feet 7 Inches Dark complexion
& has a mark under his right Eye
