            I Samuel Brown Jn Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will
and Testament of Ephraim Duvall late of the county aforesaid deceased
that he did by his said will Manumit Liberate and set Free a negro
Girl by the name of Grace Garrett and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the Bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said will 
I do certify that she is in height four feet Eleven & ½ Inches is about
the age of Forty years dark complexion and was freed by the last
will and Testament of the said Ephraim Duvall dated the Twelfth
day of March 1807 was raised in Anne Arundel County has
a small scar on the forehead & one over the left Eye
                                                    Issued the 11 day Feby 1842
                                                        Sam.l Brown Jnr Rgr Wills A A County


            I Samuel Brown Junr Register of Wills for Anne
Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from
the last will and Testament of Solomon Claridge late of the county
aforesaid deceased that she did by her said Will Manumit Liberate
and set Free a negro man by the name of John Thomas and it
being proved to my Satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the
Identical person as Freed by said will  I do certify that he
is in height Five feet seven inches is about the age of Thirty
six years, Light complexion, and was freed by the last
will and Testament of Solomon Claridge dated the Eighth
day of June Eighteen Hundred and Thirty nine was
raised in Anne Arundel County has a Small Scar on the
forehead
                                            Issued the 22nd day of Feby 1842

Arundel County do hereby certify and Attest that it
appears from the last Will and Testament of Solomon Claridge
late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by his said
Will Manumit Liberate and Set Free a Negro woman by
the name of Julia Owens and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said
Will  I do certify that she is in height five feet three & ½
Inches is about the age of Thirty four years light complexion
and was freed by the last will and Testament of Solomon
Claridge dated the 8 day of June 1839 has was raised in Anne Arundel County
has a small scar on the right wrist
                                        Issued the 22 Feby 1842
