            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and testament of
Thomas Woodfield late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will,
Manumit, Liberate and set free, a negro girl by the name of Mary Blackston and
it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as
Freed by said Will.   I do certify that she is in height five feet three & ¼ inches, is about
the age of thirty years, light complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and
Testament of the said Thomas Woodfield dated the twelfth day of November in
Eighteen hundred and thirteen was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on
the back of the right wrist
                                            Issued the 24.th day of July 1839

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of
Sarah Davis late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said Will
Manumit Liberate and set Free, a negro man by the name of Edward Larkins
and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the barer hereof is the Identical
person as freed by said Will.   I do certify that he is in height five feet six
an ½ Inches, is about the age of Twenty Seven years, mulatto complexion and
was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Sarah Davis dated
the Eighteenth day of January Eighteen Hundred and Seventeen was Raised
in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the forehead and one on
the nose between the eyes
                                            Issued the 2n day of August 1839

            I Samuel Brown Junior Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will
and Testament of John Boone of Nicholas late of Anne Arundel County
aforesaid deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and
set free, a Negro Woman by the name of Priss and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the Barer hereof is the identical person as freed by said
Will  I do certify that she is in height five feet one inch is about the
age of Thirty Six years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will
and Testament of the Said John Boone of Nicholas dated the twenty fifth
day of October Eighteen hundred and Sixteen was raised in Anne Arundel
County and has a Scar on breast near the neck
                                            Issued the 29th day of October 1839

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament
of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his
 said Will, Manumit, Liberate and Set Free, a Negro Boy by the name of
John Sugars and it being proved to my satisfaction that the barer hereof
is the identical person as Freed by said Will  I do certify that he is in
height five feet four Inches, is about the age of thirty five years light
Complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Rezin
Hammond dated the Tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and Eight was raised
in Anne Arundel County and has a Small scar on his forehead and upper lip
Issued the 30th day of October 1839        Sam.l Brown Jun Reg Wills A A County
