December eighteen hundred and twenty three and was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has a speck in the right eye
Issued 30.th May 1832

    I Thomas T. Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will
and Testament of Susanna Burgess late of the County aforesaid, deceased,
that she did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man
woman by the name of Sarah Burgess and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will, I
do Certify that she is in height five feet and ¾ inches is about the age of
Sixty five years, dark Complexion, and was freed by the last will and Testament
of the said Susannah Burgess dated the Eighth day of September Seventeen
hundred and ninety two and was raised in Anne Arundel County
and has a scar on the right arm

    I Thomas T. Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do
hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will and Testament
of Elizabeth Oliver late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did
by his said Will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro boy by the
name of Lloyd Scott and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said will, I do Certify
that he is in height five feet five & an ½ inches is about the age of twenty two
years, dark Complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and Testament of
the said Elizabeth Oliver dated the Tenth day of December eighteen hundred
and fifteen and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a large
scar on the left side of his forehead

    I Thomas T. Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will
and Testament of Elizabeth ^John^ Worthington late of the County aforesaid,
deceased, that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and set free
a negro man by the name of Jacob Cook and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said
will, I do Certify that she is in height five feet five & an ½ inches is about
the age of thirty Seven years, black Complexion, and was Freed by the
last will and Testament of the said John Worthington dated the third
day of April eighteen hundred and seventeen and was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has a scar on the forehead one on the middle finger
of the left hand and the middle finger of the left hand crooked
