aforegoing instrument of writing and acknowledges the same to be her
act and deed.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day
and year aforesaid

Deed of trust from William R.
Thompson to James Iglehart
of certain personal property
dated the twenty sixth day of
June eighteen hundred and forty five
 This Indenture made this twenty
sixth day of June in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred
and forty five between William
R. Thompson of Anne Arundel
County and state of Maryland
of the one part and James Iglehart of the County and State aforesaid
of the other part witnesseth that the said William R Thompson
for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars current money to
him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
hath given granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth
give grant bargain and sell unto the said James Iglehart his executors
administrators and assigns one negro man named Charles aged about
twenty two years one sideboard one mahogany table one walnut table
three beds bedsteads and furniture five silver table spoons three
silver tea spoons two large looking glasses one small looking glass one
bureau one carpet and fender two pair hand Irons shovel and tongs
also all his kitchen furniture.  To Have and To Hold the aforesaid
property herein above granted bargained and sold or mentioned or
intended so to be unto the said James Iglehart his executors administrators
and assigns in trust to and for the uses intents and
purposes that is to say in trust for the use of Eliza Thompson wife
of the said William R. Thompson and to and for no other use intent
or purpose.  In witness whereof the said William R. Thompson
hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first
above written
Signed sealed and delivered                  W.m R. Thompson   (seal)
in the presence of W.m Glover

    At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

       State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit

    On this 25.th day of June 1845 personally appeared William R. Thompson
before the Subscriber a justice of the peace in and for the County aforesaid
and acknowledged the foregoing instrument of writing to be his
act and deed
         Acknowledged before            W.m Glover
Recorded the 26.th day of June 1845
