    Acknowledged Before      Owen M Taylor J P

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct  On this twenty Seventh
day of February Eighteen hundred and fifty personally appeared Landy
Linsted the party grantee mentioned in the aforegoing Instrument
of writing before the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the said State
in and for said County and made oath that the Consideration
therein mentioned is true and Bonafide as therein set forth sworn
Before                  Owen M Taylor

Anne Arundel County Sct   I certify that the grantee this day
paid one dollar being the duty chargeable by Law on this Instrument
of writing the receipt whereof is herein endorsed agreeably to the
Act of Assembly of December session 1846 chap 61   Given under
my hand this 27th day of February 1850

Know all Men by these presents that I
Henry C Dunbar of Anne Arundel County
and State of Maryland for and in consideration
of the sum of $100 current money
to me in hand paid by Henry F Dunbar of the County and
State above named the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and delivered and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and delivery unto the said Henry F
Dunbar my negro girl Julia Ann which said negro slave
I will warrant and defend to the said Henry F Dunbar
his executors administrators and assigns against me my
executors and administrators and against every other person
or persons whomsoever   In Witness whereof I have hereunto
Set my name and affixed my seal this 27th day of December
1849
In presence of               Henry C Dunbar   (seal)

Anne Arundel County Maryland   On this the fourteenth
day of February 1850 before me one of the Justices of the peace
in and for said County appears Henry C Dunbar and
acknowledges the foregoing writing to be his act and deed
according to the true intent and meaning thereof, Acknowledged
