Taylor State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit Be it remembered that on this Seventh day of April in the year Eighteen hundred and forty Eight before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the said state in and for said County personally appeared James H. Iglehart he being known to me of my own knowledge to be the identical person named and described as and professing to be the party grantor in the aforegoing instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed Acknowledged before and Certified by Owen M. Taylor J. P.
