property and other the premises unto the said James Iglehart his Executors
administrators and assigns against me the said Dennis Boyd my
Executors and administrators and against all and every other person or
persons whomsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend of these
presents of all and singular which said goods chattels and personal
property and other the premises I the said Dennis Boyd have put the said
James Iglehart in full possession by delivering to him the said James
Iglehart one knife at the sealing and delivering of these presents in
the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned
and intended to be so unto him the said James Iglehart as aforesaid
In Witness whereof the said Dennis Boyd hath hereto set his hand
and seal this Seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine
Signed Sealed and delivered
       in the presence of               Dennis Boyd    (seal)

                On the back of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit  On this seventh
day of December Eighteen hundred and thirty nine before the subscriber
a Justice of the peace in and for the County and state aforesaid personally
appeared Dennis Boyd and acknowledged the aforegoing
Instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the purposes therein
mentioned and I certify that I am satisfied of my own knowledge
that the said Dennis Boyd who executed and acknowledged the said
Instrument of writing before me is the Identical person named therein and
professing to Execute the same
