of New York the said Nathaniel H Ellicott hath given granted sold and delivered
and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell and deliver unto the said
George T Tremble his Executors and administrators the aforesaid sum of Seven
thousand Eight hundred and twenty dollars and forty Nine Cents and also the
said furnature and household stuff now in the said dwelling house and which is more
particularly described in the annexed Shedule  To have and To hold the said
sum of money furnature and household stuff to the said George T Trimble
particularly described in the annexed Shedule  To have and To hold the said
sum of money furnature and household stuff to the said George T Trimble
his Executors and administrators  In Trust Nevertheless to and for the exclusive
and separate use and benefit of the said Thomazine and subject to her exclusive
Controul order and direction and disposal and if the said Thomazine shall
make no sale or disposition of the said sum of money furnature and Household
Stuff by her last will and Testament notwithstanding her Covature or otherwise
then the said George T Trimble his Executors and administrators from and after the
death of the said Thomazine in case the said Nathaniel H Ellicott survives her
shall hold the said sum of money and furnature and household stuff for the use
and benefit of the said Nathaniel H Ellicott during his natural life and after
his decease to belong to and to become the property of his daughter Jane T
Ellicott  In Witness whereof the said Nathaniel H Ellicott has hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal this First day of November in the year Eighteen
hundred and thirty nine                      Nathaniel H Ellicott   (seal)

                         At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit  Be it remembered that on
this First day of November in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty before the
Subscriber a Justice of the peace for the said County personally appears Nathaniel
H Ellicott party grantor in the annexed Instrument of writing and acknowledges
the same to be his act and deed                  Jacob Bradenbaugh
