Iglehart and Randall and to the survivor of them and to the Executors
administrators and assigns of such survivor all and singular the following
goods and chattels furniture and household stuff herein after particularly
mentioned that is to say sixteen beds and bedsteads and their furniture seven
bureaus three hundred yards of Carpeting four dozen chairs two sets of Merino
Curtains and one Piano Foote the property and chattels of the said William
McNeir and now in his possession and dwelling in the City aforesaid  To have
and To hold all and singular the said furniture goods and chattels unto the
said Iglehart and Randall and to the survivor of them and to the Executors
administrators and assigns of such survivor to their sole and seperate use and
behoof for ever  Provided however and these presents are on this Condition that if
the said William McNeir his Executors administrators do and shall well pay
the said debts interest and Costs and save harmless and indemnify the said
Iglehart and Randall in the premises in the first place and pay the second debt
interest and Costs aforesaid in the second place then and in that case every matter
and thing therein Contained shall be utterly null and of no effect  In Witness
whereof the said WIlliam McNeir the grantor hath hereunto set his hand and
affixed his seal the day and year first herein written
Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of two
interlineations on the first page having been            William McNeir   (seal)
first made               Wm Glover

             At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

    State of maryland Anne Arundel County  Be it remembered That on this 19
day of October one thousand Eight hundred and forty three before me the subscriber
a Justice of the peace of the said State in and for the County aforesaid personally appears
the above named William McNeir of the said County and State and acknowledges
the above instrument of writing to be his act and deed and the goods and chattels
therein stated to be the Estate of the said Iglehart and Randall as therein

          Know all men by these presents that I John Hardesty of Anne
Arundel County in the State of maryland for and in consideration of the
sum of six hundred dollars to me in hand paid by James S Owens of
the County and State aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivering
of these presents the receipt whereof I the said John Hardesty do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain and sell unto the said James S Owens his Executors
