281 after particularly mentioned and expressed that is to say one negro Girl named Harriet Green aged about four years to serve untill she is Eighteen years of age also two horses and two milch Cows To have and To hold all and singular the said goods chattels and personal property herein before granted bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be unto the said James Iglehart his Executors administrators or assigns Provided always and these presents are upon that Condition that if the said James Larimore Junr his Executors or administrators do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said James Iglehart his Executors administrators or assigns the said sum of three hundred dollars and twenty four Cents Current money with Interest thereon from the twenty second day of December Eighteen hundred and forty two as aforesaid on or before the first day of October Eighteen hundred and forty four then and in that case these presents and every matter and thing therein Contained shall cease and determine and be utterly void to all intents and purposes In Witness whereof the said James Larimore Junr hath hereto set his hand and seal the day and year first herein before written Signed Sealed and delivered in James larimore Jur (seal) presence of Wm Glover At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit State of maryland Anne Arundel County to wit On this sixteenth day of october Eighteen hundred and forty three before the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the County and State aforesaid personally appeared James Larimore Jr and acknowledged the aforegoing instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned And I Certify that I am satisfied of my own Knowledge that the said James Larimore Junr who Executed and acknowledged the said instrument of writing before me is the Identical person named therein and professing to Execute the same Exd d d Acknowledged before and Certified by Wm Glover chd 73 5½ Recorded the 16 day of October 1843 Know all men by these presents that I Margaret Hall of Anne Arundel County and State of maryland for and in consideration of the sum of twelve hundred dollars to me in hand paid by William Bryan of the county and State aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said William Bryan the following property to wit two ploughs four Cultivators one large harrow one horse Cart one dozen hoes one wheel barrow five barrels of Corn one Cow one black mare one sorrell horse one bay horse about (three) |
