Baltimore County and State aforesaid do hereby bargain and sell to the said Joseph H Leishear the following property to wit. One Negro Boy Perry Brooks one Dozen Cane bottom chair one side board two dining tables Four bed steads Six Feather beds one Cook Stove Three Chamber Stands Two Bureaus two Carpets Witness my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of October in the year Eighteen hundred and sixty Test J G Worthington Wilson McBee (Seal) State of Maryland Howard County to wit: I hereby Certify that on this twenty fifth day of October in the year Eighteen hundred and sixty before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for Howard County aforesaid personally appeared Wilson McBee and acknowledged the foregoing bill of Sale to be his act and at the same time came Joseph H Leishear and made oath in due form of law that the consideration in said bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth J G.
