do hereby bargain and sell to the said George Ellicott 2 bed steads one cribb six beds three Tables Eighteen chairs two rocking chairs on Braureau one safe two stoves 28 yards of carpet two sets of Dishes twelve quilts seven pillers three Looking Glasses. The condition of the above named bill of sale is such that if the above named John Cramblett do well and truly make his personal appearance at the next Circuit Court for Howard County before the Judge thereof and not depart thence without out leave thereof then this bill of sale is to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force at Law Witness our hands and seals this 2nd day of June 1860 Test William Sullivan J G. Cramblett his wife acknowledged the foregoing Bill of Sale to be their act and at the same time also appeared George Ellicott and made oath in due form of Law that the Consideration in the said bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth J.
