be regularly authorized and appointed under the dicipline
of the Church aforesaid to receive and disburse the
current funds of the church.
8.  That no additions alterations or amendments shall
be made in the foregoing articles or any of them except by
by the Concurrence of two thirds of the male members of the
age of Twenty one years which shall be present at a meeting
called as aforesaid for the purpose and they are hereby declared
capable of making such additions alterations or amendments
                We the minister and Trustees of the methodist
Episcopal Church in the County of Howard do hereby declare
that the foregoing proceedings herein mentioned and alluded to
the decipline of our church
In testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our named
and affixed our corporate seal

                            Be it remembered that on the ninth day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty nine personally appeared before us two of the Justices
of the peace of Howard County State aforesaid Rev Henry
Linthicum; James L Parsley; Tilghman H Iglehart and Evan
T Ridgely being a majority of the Trustees of the Westwood
Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church ion the County of Howard
State of maryland duly Elected together with their associates
as Trustees by the society named in the above act
of incorporation and being duly sworn by us they did declare
upon their oaths that the foregoing proceedings were conducted in
conformity with the act of assembly in such cases mad and provided.
To which he the Justice as aforesaid certify
Received to be recorded on the 8th day of October 1859 at      Samuel G Simmons J. P
